Why this change?

As our client community continues to grow, last-minute bookings require additional administrative time and often force our staff to rearrange existing schedules on short notice. These changes are meant to:

• Fairly compensate our team for sudden schedule changes

• Help us continue accepting last-minute requests when possible

• Encourage advance booking, which helps ensure availability and smoother operations

• Maintain consistent, high-quality care for all clients

Clients who book in advance will continue to enjoy no additional fees and the greatest flexibility in scheduling.

Services Affected

The following services will incur a Last-Minute Scheduling Surcharge when booked with less than seven days’ notice:

• As-Needed Dog Walks

• As-Needed Pet Sitting

• Hourly Pet Sitting

• Overnight Deluxe (Stay-In Pet Sitting)

• Pet Attendant Services

• Executive Watch House Sitting

Last-Minute Scheduling Fees

• 7 days or less notice: $5 per visit

• 72 hours or less notice: $10 per visit

• 48 hours or less notice: $15 per visit

• 24 hours or less notice: $20 per visit

Fees do not stack. The highest applicable fee applies.

What About Memberships & Paws On Demand?

• Dog Walking Memberships:Not affected

• Paws On Demand Plans: Designed for flexibility and not affected, except for bookings made with 24 hours or less notice, which will incur the $20 fee
